Saracen’s Karari pit was first mined as an open cut operation in the early 2000’s. In 2014, it was determined that an underground operation would be viable, with a dual decline access planned to increase stoping horizons.

 

As part of the on-going development, InCycle completed Shotcrete ground support in a number of areas including the three main portals, whilst installing a number of other certified geotechnical requirements.
